Orange County Beaches

Corona Del Mar Beach

Corona del Mar offers beautiful sand beach. Corona Del Mar State Beach is a popular place for swimmers. The half-mile long sandy beach flanked by cliffs and a rock jetty that creates the east entrance to Newport Harbor. Surfers and divers make their way to the beach on a daily basis. There is an entrance fee per vehicle located at the intersection of Ocean Blvd and Iris St. From PCH, simply head west on Marguerite. You can also just park outside the enterance and walk down the path.

Laguna Beach

Laguna's "Window to the Sea", located in the heart of downtown Laguna. Boardwalk area with pathway to Heisler Park, volleyball and basketball areas, picnic tables, children's play area, protected tide pools.

Huntington Beach

Huntington Beach has some of the widest beaches along costal southern California. Many beach goers surf, boogie board, bike, job, rollerblade or simply just relax in the warm SoCal sun. Huntington Beach also is home to an annual July 4th event with plenty of fireworks. Parking can get full quickly during the busy summer season but is much better than most other beaches as far as finding a spot in the paid parking lots.

Newport Beach

Newport Beach is another great southern California beach that many folks from the surrounding area go and enjoy the sun. With a few volleyball courts and easy access close to 17th street, many of the beach goers are local residents from the beach homes in nearby neighboorhoods.
